He is regarded as one of the UK’s leading experts on travel and credit card loyalty, speaking regularly at industry events, appearing regularly in the media and consulting on travel and financial loyalty programme structures. He won the ‘Lifetime Achievement Award’ at the 2025 European Loyalty Awards. Prior to HfP he was a Partner at a major UK private equity fund.
