Charity Partner

Crisis

Lloyds Banking Group are partnering with Crisis, the national charity for people experiencing homelessness, for two years and will aim to raise and incredible £2 Million in fundraising.

Crisis and Lloyds Banking Group are bound in the belief that a safe and secure home is the foundation on which people can build a decent life and meet their true potential. Despite this, over 250,000 families and individuals are facing the worst forms of homelessness, with a further 1.8 million households on low incomes living in poor and potentially dangerous conditions.

Together with ‘Homes for Good’ the partnership will fund the launch of a brand new, not-for-profit Lettings Agency, making renting truly affordable, quality homes easier for those on low incomes, who may otherwise be homeless.

Lloyds Banking Group will also support the expansion of the ‘Changing Lives’ grants programme which enables Crisis members to support further education and training or to set up their own business.

Colleagues will also work with Crisis to develop educational materials to improve their knowledge of homelessness and to play their role in ending it. Outside of this, LBG colleagues will be consistently volunteering their time, skills and expertise to maximise the impact of the partnership.
