BBEA Founders Series: 1st October 2026

On 1 October, we welcomed founders and business leaders to Ten Trinity Square Private Club for our latest BBEA Founders Series, in partnership with Blick Rothenberg.

With Polly Appleton (LYMA), Andrew Hulbert (Pareto FM) and Richard Dana (Tembo Money) leading the conversation, we explored some of the biggest decisions facing growing businesses, from scaling with the right support and finding your niche to expanding into the US market and planning an exit strategy.

It was an afternoon of honest discussion, shared experiences and valuable connections, reinforcing what the Founders Series is all about: bringing founders together to learn from and support one another.

BBEA Founders Series Luncheon: 26th February 2026

In February, we hosted the BBEA Founders Series Luncheon in association with Blick Rothenberg at our Partner Venue Ten Trinity Square.

We welcomed Founders from our BBEA community to share their journey so far and talk about how they plan to scale their business in 2026. It was a table full of conversation, connection and incredible inspirational stories.

A few standout pieces of advice from the Founders in the room:

• Don’t be scared to fail. Embracing failure is part of being a founder
• Know what you’re good at — and be honest about what you’re not. Build around your gaps with the right partners and advisors
• “You don’t know what you don’t know.” Taking advice on your blind spots is the hardest, but most important, step
• Build a business that isn’t dependent on you alone — especially if you have one eye on exit.
