Westminster Wealth Management, the Chartered and fully independent wealth management firm based on Fleet Street in London, has been named a finalist in The Customer Loyalty Award at the Lloyds British Business Excellence Awards 2026.
The firm, known as WWM, provides holistic financial planning across pensions, investments, protection and corporate benefits, serving both private clients and corporate employees across the UK, with advice designed to improve financial security and support better financial decision-making. Finalists were announced in July 2026, and the winners will be revealed at Grosvenor House on Park Lane, London, on 10 November 2026.
Independence in a consolidating market
The UK wealth management sector is increasingly shaped by consolidation, restricted advice models and rising regulatory demands, according to the firm’s entry. WWM says it stands apart through complete independence, free from product providers, private equity ownership or external shareholders, allowing it to give genuinely whole of market advice with low, transparent fees and recommendations focused solely on client outcomes, combined with the scale, security and expertise of a large firm.
The business reports assets under management of around £3 billion, supported by a team of more than 60 independent financial advisers delivering personalised, long-term advice. Companies House records show the limited liability partnership was incorporated on 6 July 2006 and is registered at 167 Fleet Street, London. On its website, westminster-wealth.com, the firm states that its full independence allows it to access any solution available in the market to meet client needs.
Client feedback at the centre
The firm’s loyalty credentials rest on its review record and repeat business. WWM reports more than 4,400 verified client reviews with an average rating of 4.8 out of 5 on VouchedFor, and says client feedback is embedded directly into adviser training, governance and continuous improvement processes. According to the business, 99 per cent of its new business is driven by existing clients and referrals, which it presents as evidence of consistently strong relationships and high quality outcomes.
Widening access to advice
Innovation and accessibility form a further strand of the entry. The firm’s FCA-authorised digital advice platform, AllAdvised, is designed to address the UK advice gap by providing scalable, regulated financial advice to employees across more than 30 local authorities, extending access beyond traditional wealth demographics.
WWM also points to external recognition, reporting nine consecutive years in the FT Top 100 Financial Advisers, including a fourth-place ranking in 2023, alongside client service awards including VouchedFor Firm of the Year and Client Champion.
A place on the shortlist for The Customer Loyalty Award recognises that record. The Lloyds British Business Excellence Awards celebrate the achievements of UK businesses of every size, and the firm says that through independence, transparency and innovation it will keep raising client-centric standards across the wealth management industry.
