Totalmobile, the Belfast-headquartered field service management (FSM) software business, has been named a finalist in The Blick Rothenberg Mid-Market Growth Business of the Year Award at the 2026 Lloyds British Business Excellence Awards. The company, which describes itself as one of the UK’s leading FSM providers, builds AI-enabled workforce technology for organisations delivering critical frontline services across healthcare, housing, the public sector, emergency services, infrastructure and commercial markets.
Its place in the mid-market growth category, confirmed when finalists were announced in July 2026, follows a period of rapid expansion. According to the business, 2025 was the strongest commercial year in its history, delivering record revenues, record bookings, 22% growth in annual recurring revenue and the largest public sector contract it has ever secured.
Growth built on one platform
Over the past three years, the company reports, it has reshaped itself from a portfolio of separate products into a unified, platform-led business centred on Field First. That shift is supported by more than £5.3 million of annual investment in research and development, alongside a disciplined innovation model overseen by executive leadership, a formal AI Steering Group and an enterprise-wide Responsible AI framework.
The numbers reflect that discipline. From a turnover of £52.6 million in 2023, the business projects a growth of approximately 55% by the end of 2026.
From Belfast to the European stage
Headquartered in Belfast, as listed on the company’s website, Totalmobile has attracted investment from Five Arrows, the alternative assets arm of Rothschild & Co. On 24 February 2026 the business used its newsroom to announce a merger with Solvares Group, a combination also backed by funds advised by Deutsche Beteiligungs AG. The announcement stated that existing customers of both businesses would continue to receive the same products and support, with no immediate changes as a result of the merger. According to the company, the deal positions the combined operation as one of Europe’s largest field service management providers, employing more than 800 colleagues across Europe, North America and Australasia.
Recognition beyond the shortlist
Independent endorsement strengthens the entry. Totalmobile states that it is a five-time Deloitte Best Managed Company, was named Best Employer for Women in Tech 2025, and was ranked number one across all measured criteria in independent BCG research, with customers viewing it as a strategic partner rather than simply a software supplier. The company frames this record as evidence of disciplined innovation, inclusive leadership and responsible growth, with its stated purpose being to empower mobile workers and help frontline organisations deliver better outcomes for the communities they serve.
The winners will be revealed when the Lloyds British Business Excellence Awards ceremony takes place on 10 November 2026 at Grosvenor House in London, where Totalmobile will learn whether its growth story converts a finalist place into the category title.
