OneDome, the London-based housing and fintech company working to bring every stage of buying a home into a single service, has been named a finalist in The Vistage Growth Business of the Year Award at the Lloyds British Business Excellence Awards 2026.
The company describes its ambition as building the operating system for homeownership, a platform intended to simplify life’s biggest financial decisions, from a first purchase through to long-term wealth planning. Its flagship HomeBuyer Service bundles mortgage advice, conveyancing, surveys and insurance into one fixed-price product, supported by a dedicated Property Moving Assistant and the firm’s proprietary DealRoom platform.
A fix for a fragmented market
Homebuyers in the UK have traditionally been left to coordinate separate providers for mortgages, legal work, insurance and surveys, an experience OneDome regards as fragmented, stressful and inefficient. Its response is a vertically integrated model that sits across proptech, fintech, legaltech and insurtech, combining mortgages, secured lending, conveyancing, insurance and wealth management in one ecosystem. Where competitors operate in silos as brokers, portals, legal providers or comparison sites, OneDome manages the whole transaction end to end, an approach the company says produces a far simpler customer experience, greater transparency and stronger long-term relationships. According to the OneDome website, the service is designed to halve the UK average of around 20 weeks from offer to completion, with each buyer assigned a single point of contact and access to a panel of more than 100 mortgage lenders.
Growth at exceptional speed
The numbers behind the entry are striking. According to the business, revenue has grown by more than 15,000 per cent since 2022, reaching a $100M revenue run-rate by March 2026, while the platform now arranges over $1.4Bn of mortgages per month through a network of more than 500 brokers, making OneDome one of the UK’s fastest-growing fintech businesses.
That trajectory has been independently recognised. OneDome ranked as the 4th fastest-growing fintech and 17th fastest-growing technology company in the UK in the Deloitte Fast 50 2025, a placing also reported by mortgage trade title The Intermediary in November 2025, and the company cites a ranking as the 6th fastest-growing tech company in the UK in the Sunday Times Tech 100 in 2026.
On the shortlist for 10 November
OneDome now competes in The Vistage Growth Business of the Year Award, a category that recognises businesses achieving growth across a range of metrics with a robust plan for sustained financial success. Judges assess entrants on financial performance, leadership and innovation, employee and customer engagement, and purpose beyond profit.
The winner will be revealed at the Lloyds British Business Excellence Awards ceremony on 10 November 2026 at Grosvenor House, London. Whatever the outcome on the night, OneDome’s place among the finalists reflects one of the more remarkable growth stories in UK fintech, and a business intent on changing how the country buys its homes.
