Reclaim Fund Ltd is responsible for managing the Dormant Assets Scheme. Established in 2011, its purpose is to unlock dormant assets to transform lives across the UK, whilst safeguarding the rights of dormant asset holders. RFL is a not-for-profit public body owned by HM Treasury regulated by the FCA.
