In February, we hosted the BBEA Founders Series Luncheon in association with Blick Rothenberg at our Partner Venue Ten Trinity Square.
We welcomed Founders from our BBEA community to share their journey so far and talk about how they plan to scale their business in 2026. It was a table full of conversation, connection and incredible inspirational stories.
A few standout pieces of advice from the Founders in the room:
- Don’t be scared to fail. Embracing failure is part of being a founder
- Know what you’re good at — and be honest about what you’re not. Build around your gaps with the right partners and advisors
- “You don’t know what you don’t know.” Taking advice on your blind spots is the hardest, but most important, step
- Build a business that isn’t dependent on you alone — especially if you have one eye on exit.
