This new accolade, launched in partnership with award-winning broadcaster ITV, recognises a high-growth UK business that has built outstanding commercial momentum and accelerated growth through brand, reach and customer engagement.
The winner of this award will demonstrate clear ambition to scale nationally, supported by strong leadership, operational excellence and a compelling brand proposition.
Open to any UK-based business trading for a minimum of three years, judges will look for evidence of high potential for growth that can be accelerated by TV exposure. Exploring a range of growth metrics, from revenue to customer base and market expansion, this award will shortlist B2C or B2B brands with clear mass-market or national growth potential.

In this category judges will compare the extent to which each candidate has demonstrated excellence in the following areas:
Employee & Customer Engagement 25%
- How have you optimised brand to attract, retain, and motivate your team to help you win, retain or develop clients?
- Provide case study examples and top line data to demonstrate how you have increased your customer base or market penetration over the last 18 months.
Leadership & Innovation 25%
- Evidence how you have leveraged the personal brand of your founder / CEO or leadership team to increase awareness and demand for your product / service?
- How have you leveraged brand internally to create an innovation culture, prove the business model for your idea, or innovate more successfully.
- How have you optimised new marketing technology, platforms or processes to improve sales and customer service?
Financial Performance & Growth 25%
- Describe the market opportunity you identified and your point of competitive differentiation.
- Explain your key growth metrics, including financial targets, KPIs, timescales and overall ambitions plus examples of milestones and barriers/challenges that have been overcome.
- How has your company performed against your growth plan and what will help you to sustain future growth?
- Show examples and/or case studies of how brand has accelerated growth, or will drive further commercial success.
Purpose Beyond Profit 25%
- How has the founder’s guiding mission, values or purpose aligned with growth objectives?
- What is your company doing to improve environmental, social or governance impact and how are these initiatives aligned with your brand?
- How does your approach to diversity, equity and inclusion align purpose with profit and how has this differentiated your business or made you more competitive?
