As Chief Operating Officer of WRS, I oversee all aspects of the company’s operations, driving performance, growth, and strategic development across the business. Over the past 12 years, I have played a key role in transforming WRS, helping to significantly increase both revenue and staffing levels while supporting the company’s evolution into a leading provider serving clients across the UK, Europe, and beyond with High end POS solutions.
Having spent the majority of my career with WRS, I have been instrumental in growing the business from its family high-endrun roots into a trusted partner for major corporate brands. With an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for developing people, I am committed to building high performing teams and creating an environment where individuals and businesses can thrive.
Working closely alongside David, my father, and my brother Chris, I have helped ensure that WRS continues to deliver industry leading solutions backed by exceptional service. This commitment to excellence has been recognised through numerous award nominations and wins over the years, including success at the Lloyds Business Awards.
Beyond business, I am passionate about giving back to the community. Over the last two years, I have completed two marathons and raised more than £20,000 for charitable causes, reflecting my belief in supporting those who need it most.
