Peter Boucher began his career in sales and marketing, working across global brands including GlaxoSmithKline, Kraft, and Unilever, before moving into senior leadership roles in the technology sector for Vodafone. This led to him becoming CEO of Excalibur Communications, the Swindon-based telecoms and IT company serving over 4,000 SMEs, he led a management buyout in 2018 and built a people-first culture that earned the firm three Sunday Times Top 100 Best Companies to Work For awards. Following Excalibur’s acquisition by Onecom in 2024, Peter now works through March and Hare, advising ambitious business leaders, and serves as a Vistage Chair across the south of England.
