Lucy is founder of purpose-led consultancy Magnificent Roots. She helps organisations to align profit, purpose and meaningful work. She previously led the Purpose strategy for Deloitte UK, and created a framework to measure and embed purpose in business, before founding her own consulting business. She has worked with major UK businesses including banks, pension providers, and charities.
Lucy is writing a book celebrating purpose-led business and meaningful work, told through real life stories. She is a renowned public speaker and Charity Trustee.
