Amanda Dorel (ACIB) is Regional Director for the South Region, SME Banking at Lloyds Bank Commercial Banking.
She has spent 38 years with the Group, including 28 years in Business and Commercial Banking across senior relationship and leadership roles. Amanda has been a Regional Director for the past eight years, previously covering the Midlands and South Wales, and now leads the South of England.
She oversees a locally based team from Kent to Cornwall, supporting businesses with £3m–£25m turnover to achieve their ambitions. Amanda is also Co-Head of Inclusion and Diversity for the division, championing an inclusive and supportive workplace.
