With expertise in B2B SaaS and e-commerce, Elisabeth has held senior leadership positions in VC-backed scale-ups and global giants like PayPal, eBay, and RELX. There, her leadership played a pivotal role in growing a portfolio of AI-enabled B2B products, generating annual revenues exceeding £1 billion.
Elisabeth’s impressive career now spans Product Leadership Coaching, Angel Investing, and Non-Executive Directorships. In 2022, she joined the board of eSure, a leading UK automotive and home insurer fully owned by Bain Capital.
As an authority in artificial intelligence and product innovation, Elisabeth actively contributes to responsible AI initiatives. She was a member of the European Commission High-Level Expert Group on Artificial Intelligence & Ethics and currently serves on the AI Ethics Steering Board at Digital Catapult.
In the startup world, Elisabeth has been an avid angel investor since 2011, supporting over 35 startups in various advisory capacities.
