Cecil is a co-founder and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the award-winning Social Enterprise Foundervine. He began his career by troubleshooting issues with hospital database software and later transitioned to management consulting, start-up creation, business intelligence, and strategy.

Cecil has held management consulting positions at prominent firms, including Accenture, EY, and Slalom. He has contributed his expertise to a wide range of projects, spanning from significant digital transformation initiatives to small-scale technology strategy projects across various industries such as finance, consumer retail, and media.

Recognized for his innovative contributions, Cecil has been nominated for the Black Tech Awards as Entrepreneur of the Year and honored by Yahoo Finance and EMPower as a top business executive. Additionally, he has been listed by the Financial Times as one of the top 100 most influential BAME (Black, Asian, and Minority Ethnic) Leaders in the UK Tech sector.
