Essentialise Workplace Wellbeing is an inclusive wellbeing agency based in Preston. Founded by psychologist Lee Chambers in 2020, they support organisations in building and delivering effective and inclusive wellbeing strategies, and deliver bespoke training including VR experiences and topics where wellbeing and inclusion meet.
