Neha is the Impact Director for strategy, research & content at Business in the Community; the UK’s largest and most influential responsible business network dedicated to building a fairer and greener world together.
Neha leads several teams that aim to increase the pace and scale of responsible business to tackle the greatest issues facing society and the planet. To achieve this, they equip, inspire, and connect businesses from across Business in the Community’s network and beyond on issues ranging from embedding purpose to ESG measurement and evaluation.
Prior to this, Neha has worked in executive and senior leadership roles across the charity sector driving social change and impact. Neha is passionate about people and wellbeing and has also worked an Integrative coach supporting leaders, teams, and organisations to thrive.
