Amanda has enjoyed 37years with the Group with 28 years within the SME division of the business in various relationship and leadership management positions.
The last 6 years, Amanda has been a Regional Director, formally in the Midlands, South Wales and latterly in the South of the UK.
Amanda leads a team of locally based relationship managers from Kent to Cornwall. The team support and work with local businesses ranging from £3m to £25m turnover and help business owners deliver on their goals and aspirations.
In addition, Amanda is the Co-head of Inclusion and Diversity – committed to ensure that the division is an inclusive place for all colleagues to work in.
