Roma has supported, advised, and mentored individuals at Main Board level in both SME and larger enterprises (£1m – £45m t/o) as well as “Blue Chip”. Currently, her focus is working with established businesses supporting them through growth and strategic change. All share the common goal of accelerating growth as a result of taking advantage of specific market sector opportunities, particularly post Covid.

In addition to her role as strategic adviser and consultant, Roma sits on the Board of Trustees of a Social Enterprise (The Blue Tangerine Federation – a federation of specialist & special education schools), is also a Trustee for a City of London Educational Trust (The Norwegian Scholars Trust) Roma also sits on Governing Body for a City of London Membership organisation (The United Wards Club).

She is immediate past Chairman of another City membership organisation (The Bridge Ward Club) and Senior Visiting Lecturer at the University of Hertfordshire Business School, lecturing in Strategy on the MBA programme.

In 2006 she was nominated for and awarded Freedom of the City of London in recognition of her ‘services to Management Consultancy’.
