Ele joined Blick Rothenberg in 2023, having previously worked in the Big 4, top 10 firms, and specialist boutiques. Ele is an Association of Taxation Technicians (ATT) Council Member and sits on the Professional Standards Committee Steering Group. Ele is the Deputy President of the ATT and will become President in July 2027. Ele has featured on expert panels for the Institute of Fiscal Studies and Centre for the Analysis of Taxation, and regularly contributes to HMRC policy, consultations, and news publications.
